Richelle

Hi I'm Richelle, and have had the pleasure of working in this dynamic industry for 20 years.  I established Kokomo in 1994 and we have always been located on the Ponsonby Strip.

It has always been my passion to create a inspirational, fun and relaxed space to work our magic in. Hence we do all our colour work  upstairs in our  private and confortable colour lounge. Using the best products available to us from Schwarzkopf Professional, Alterna Haircare and GHD. 

As owner it is my responsiblty to motivate and inspire my fabulous team of stylists, whilst keeping us educated and innovative.  I also do a fabulous head massages and make a mean cup of coffee. We are proud to have become a Sustainable Salon with 90% of our waste going into recycle programmes, even our cut hair is recycled into Oil Slick Hairbooms.

I have a strong backround in customer service, and know that you will enjoy the Kokomo experience.
